“Motherhood is extra-ordinary love.”
Motherhood is holding my breath hoping I’m doing things right yet trusting in God that I am mom enough for these littles. It is being thankful every day that God blessed me with these beautiful babes and learning to appreciate the little moments.
Motherhood inspires me to be bolder, better, and humbles me to live life more according to God’s will.
Recently, I have been contemplating what motherhood is to me since I have a newborn on the way and two at home with me full time.
This one hits close to home since I’ve loved soaking up the little moments and letting them be little, but I’ve had my fair share of struggles the past few months being pregnant and learning to mother two toddlers.
I’ve found more and more that motherhood is messy. That I’m not perfect. That I lose my temper. But also that when I make mistakes, my toddlers still love me. They forgive easily. And I need to learn to forgive myself too.
